Betterman Simidi Musasia is an environmental impact leader with over 20 years of experience working on the continent of Africa

Betterman is the face and voice of Kenya fighting back against the Fast Fashion Super Powers, polluting the land of Kenya and its inhabitant by shipping over Containers full of unsold or unwanted fashion garments. In 2022 Betterman was part of a team that designed and executed an international investigation into the secret trade of clothing waste from Europe to Kenya and unearthed that up to 200 forty-foot containers of clothing waste masquerading as second-hand clothing was brought into the country in 2021 from the EU and the UK. This investigation had press coverage from over 500 media outlets globally.
